Barry P. Winer
As founder of Capital Access, Inc., he has over 35 years experience in financing all forms of commercial real estate including residential, retail, office, industrial, health care, and land development. He also raises private and institutional equity for placement in complex commercial transactions. His expertise in real estate began in 1971 as manager of Fairfield Realty; a residential brokerage firm located on Newbury Street in Back Bay. He then became president of Bay Associates Realtors, Inc., a full service residential real estate company that specialized in management and brokerage. During the late 70’s and early 80’s he began purchasing and rehabilitating Back Bay properties under the name Triad Development. In 1987 he became a partner in Leatherbee Mortgage and Development Company specializing in condominium conversions and commercial mortgage brokerage. Since 1996 his focus has been commercial debt and equity. Under his tenure Capital Access, Inc. has placed over $900 million in commercial debt and equity. Mr. Winer is a graduate of Northeastern University.
Burton Abel
Burt joined Capital Access in 2018. Prior to that Burt was part of a family steel business which he sold in 2006 and for whom he managed its construction industry division. In 2007, he joined Wyman Street Advisors, a boutique full-service real estate firm, as a Director. His responsibilities included providing real estate advisory services including brokerage, investment sales, and property management and consulting services to their 3 Million Square foot portfolio. In 2011 he joined Equitable Real Estate Services as a Vice President, where he focused on tenant representation and business development. Burt also served as Senior Advisor in the Boston office of SVN International, a large national full service commercial real estate firm. In addition to providing the full range of brokerage services, he was also responsible for sourcing both on and off market real estate investment opportunities to the firm’s high net worth clientele. Most recently, Burt was a Partner in Property Management and Leasing at Front Point Management, a commercial real estate investment and management firm focused on office, flex, industrial and retail property. In his current role at Capital Access, Burt is responsible for sourcing new business and expanding Capital Access’s reach nationwide.
Myles C. Milek
Myles Milek founded Ridgewood Capital (Ridgewood) in 2008, a real estate advisory firm that specializes in debt and equity placements, structured financing, and the sourcing and underwriting of real estate assets and portfolios.  Asset classes include multi-family, mixed-use, office, hotel/lodging, retail, residential and net lease properties. Ridgewood also provides asset management services, loan portfolio assessments, and asset due diligence for private equity firms and financial institutions. 

Myles C. Milek has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate finance. Mr. Milek previous held managerial positions at national banks such as Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and LaSalle Bank and has successfully launched and managed multi-regional commercial real estate divisions for two national banks. Mr. Milek has developed a nationwide network of real estate developers/owners, investors, lenders, and regulators.  In addition to structuring over $5 billion in debt and equity, Mr. Milek was also engaged in several Structured Sale Joint Ventures with the FDIC managing and liquidating over $12B in assets.

Mr. Milek has a BS from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Allan Lam
Mr. Lam has over 10 years of commercial finance experience including debt mediation for turnaround companies, commercial lending with banks and full service brokerage lending for commercial, industrial and investment real estate. Previously he was President and Sr. Consultant with Rand Financial Services; a commercial loan officer for First Union and Wachovia Bank; Director of Commercial Lending for Liberty Mortgage Group; Managing Director of Specialty Lending-Commercial for Connecticut Home Mortgage, a Division of Prudential CT Realty; and President of Connecticut Financial Finders, LLC, a full service commercial mortgage brokers and consultants. Mr. Lam is a graduate of University of Oregon. Mr. Lam handles Connecticut and surrounding states.
Albert Sheeler
Albert Sheeler is a graduate of Suffolk University School of Business majoring in Entrepreneur. Albert Sheeler is the Director of the investment sales throughout the North and South American markets. He is particularly focused on the sale of institutional quality and value add multifamily, retail, office, mixed-use and net-leased properties as well as portfolios. Since 2012 Albert has completed the sale of over 30 properties valued at over 500 million. Albert takes a strategic approach to marketing properties, relying on financial acumen and unparalleled market knowledge to consistently achieve benchmark pricing proven through his impeccable track record. In addition, Albert has transacted some of the most difficult deals in these markets, often selling properties that others could not. Alberts dispicinled approach and deal making savvy enable him to creatively structure and consummate the sale of real estate assets. Relationship driven, Mr. Sheeler prides himself on clear, cogent and actionable client communications and has access to a vast network of Real Estate experts including attorneys, financial planners, tax specialist, environmental experts, and estate planners.
